At Kaursage, we take utmost care in making sure your handcrafted jewelry reaches you safely and on time.
- Please ensure that the complete and correct address is provided at the time of placing the order. This includes clear details if it's a business location, along with the name of the recipient who will be available to receive the parcel.
- The recipient may be asked by the delivery agent to show valid identification proof upon delivery. Cooperation is appreciated to ensure smooth handover.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling charges at checkout.
- Refused deliveries will incur both the original shipping charge and the cost of return. Any refund processed will be after deducting these charges.
- Kaursage will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including logistical delays on the courier’s end.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, Kaursage is not liable for any delays or misdeliveries. In such cases, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.
- Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly provide a valid residential or commercial address.
