Please take a moment to read our Return Policy.

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving and must be sent back within 7 days. Returns are only applicable for damaged items. Once received we will issue store credit. Store credit will have a 12-month expiry date.

Store credit may only be issued once per customer within a 12-month period. Store credit must be used in a single transaction and cannot be combined with any promotions or discount codes.

Items must be returned in original unworn condition and in original packaging. Any items returned damaged or with packaging missing will not be processed.

Items which exceed the agreed time or have the tamper tags removed are strictly prohibited from refund or exchange. Credit notes are issued once and cannot be exchanged for another credit note.

In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us via email or website chat within 48 hours of receiving your jewelry, along with a picture of the issue.

Returns that are unauthorized, damaged, or soiled may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
